
Filipino Sauteed Shrimp (Sinuam na Hipon) Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped shrimp
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ginger strips
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 4 cups rice washing
- 1 pack Aji-Ginisa All Purpose Seasoning Mix (Shrimp Flavor) 7 grams
- 1 cup moringa oleifera (malunggay) leaves*
How to cook Filipino Sauteed Shrimp (Sinuam na Hipon):
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger, shrimps and corn kernels for 3 minutes.
- Add washing. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle All Purpose Seasoning.
- Add malunggay and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve the Sinuam na Hipon hot.
