
Filipino Shrimp Adobo (Adobong Hipon) Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shrimp (hipon), peeled and cleaned
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 powdered pepper
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
How to cook Filipino Shrimp Adobo (Adobong Hipon):
- Saute garlic, then add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
- Bring to a boil, then add shrimp. Simmer until done.
