
Filipino Shrimp with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shrimp (hipon), boiled and shelled
- 15 mushrooms, cleaned
- 2 tablespoon calamansi juice
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
How to cook Filipino Shrimp with Mushrooms:
- Remove the roots of the mushrooms, then cut in pieces.
- Saute the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then add flour stirring often.
- Add the shrimp and calamansi juice.
- Season with salt to taste and serve.
