
Hawaiian Shrimp Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1cup shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup papaya nectar
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
How to cook Hawaiian Shrimp Curry:
- Saute butter and curry powder 1 minute.
- Add onions. Cook until soft.
- Add celery and bell pepper. Saute until soft.
- Add wine, papaya nectar, chutney and nutmeg.
- Simmer 20 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Add cornstarch if necessary.
