
ndian Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled (or canned) salmon
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
How to cook Indian Salmon Loaf:
- Mix all ingredients together, blending very well.
- Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
