
Irish Baked Salmon Mousse Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon, boneless and skinless, cut into cubes
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup cream
- Handful dill, chopped
How to cook Irish Baked Salmon Mousse:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree shortly.
- Distribute the mixture over 4 small oven molds and bake them 20 minutes at 325°F (160°C).
- Serve with Hollandaise sauce.
