
Italian Shrimp Nicola Recipe

Ingredients:
- 8 large shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 ounces white wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
How to cook Italian Shrimp Nicola:
- Parboil shrimp until pink.
- In butter, saute garlic and parsley.
- Add shrimp. Cook until butter is melted.
- Add wine and cook until done.
- Serve the Italian Shrimp Nicola over Linguini pasta or along with Italian crusty bread.
