Japanese Mussels with Salmon Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 12 mussels, cleaned
- 1/2 pound salmon fillet, cut into large cubes
- 1 piece of ginger root, grated
- Handful green coriander, cut
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
How to cook Japanese Mussels with Salmon:
- Mix the soy sauce with the wasabi, the ginger and the lemon juice and marinate the salmon and mussels one hour in this mixture.
- Stir fry the mussels 3-4 minutes in a little oil on high heat.
- Sprinkle with coriander and serve hot.
