
Japanese Sesame-Crusted Salmon Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6-8 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons sesame seed, roasted
- 1 piece of ginger root, grated
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi
How to cook Japanese Sesame-Crusted Salmon:
- Mix soy sauce with ginger, garlic, lemon juice and wasabi and marinate the salmon 1 hour in this mixture.
- Roll the salmon through the sesame seed and fry 4 minutes on both sides.
