
Jewish Salmon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 to 3 tablespoons matzoh meal
- 1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
How to cook Jewish Salmon Loaf:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Beat eggs. Add milk and sour cream and mix well.
- Add salmon, parsley, and grated onion.
- Add sufficient matzoh meal so that mixture is not soupy. Pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake 1 hour. Allow to remain in baking pan 10 to 15 minutes before turning out.
- Serve the salmon loaf with a salad or some simply prepared vegetables.
