Maryland Easy Crab Cakes Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8 crab cakes

Ingredients:

• 1 pound crab meat
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons hot mustard
• Pepper and Old Bay Seasoning, to taste

• Mix all the ingredients, except crab meat, together in a bowl.
• Add crab meat and mix gently.
• Form into cakes and broil or fry until golden brown.
