
Mexican Shrimp Saute Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup pimientos, cut in strips
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse onion salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large, ripe avocado, cut in thick strips
How to cook Mexican Shrimp Saute:
- Heat oil and saute shrimp until fully heated. Add tomatoes and pimientos. Sprinkle in seasonings.
- Add lemon juice. Blend well. Add avocado last.
- Cover, remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
- Then stir to redistribute flavor evenly.
- Serve immediately.
