
Oysters with Caviar Recipe
Ingredients:
- 24 large oysters, freshly shucked
- 6 teaspoons caviar
- 6 teaspoons sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
How to cook Oysters with Caviar:
- Shuck the oysters and leave them in the half shell on a tray of ice.
- Top each oyster with 1/2 teaspoon sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon caviar.
- Squeeze the lemon entirely over the oysters and serve three per person.
