
Polish Baked Leftover Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked fish, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 3 boiled potatoes, sliced
- 3/4 cup sliced cooked cauliflower or mushrooms, optional
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Polish Baked Leftover Fish:
- Arrange layers of half the potatoes, fish, cauliflower, eggs and remaining potatoes in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over each layer.
- Blend flour into sour cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole mixture.
- Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and butter together. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
