
Polynesian Savory Fish Hash Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flaked fish, canned or freshly cooked
- 1 cup cooked diced taro or sweet potatoes
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Combine all ingredients except the oil, and mix until blended.
- Heal oil in a large frying-pan; add the fish mixture and flatten out.
- Cover and cook over medium heat until bottom is brown.
