
Polynesian Shellfish Kedgeree Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shellfish (your choice clams, mussels, scallops or a combination of them) meat
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Polynesian Shellfish Kedgeree:
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion, garlic and shellfish meat.
- Lightly fry for one minute, then add cooked rice and chopped hard-boiled egg.
- Add soy sauce and mix thoroughly until hot.
- Serve hot with cooked green leaves or salad.
