
Red Caviar Madrilene (Cold Tomato Soup) Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces red caviar
- 3 1/2 pints of tomato madrilene (a tomato-flavored consomme)
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives

- Pour the tomato madrilene into 6 individual bouillon cups.
- Stir a heaping teaspoon of red caviar into each cup. Place the cups in the refrigerator until set.
- Just before serving, top each cup with a heaping tablespoon of sour cream and sprinkle with minced chives.
