
Red Snapper with Oranges Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds red snapper, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 oranges, sliced
How to cook Red Snapper with Oranges:
- Place fish in large baking pan, dot well with butter and sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
- Lay the orange slices over the fish.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake 20 minutes more or until fish flakes at the touch of a fork.
