
Russian Easy Baked Catfish in Sour Cream Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3 – 4
Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound catfish (pike, cod or perch)
- 3/4 pound potatoes, boiled
- 10 ounces sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 ounces grated hard cheese
- Salt
How to cook:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Grease a bake dish with fat, put sliced potatoes around and catfish slices in the center, salt.
- Mix sour cream with oil and flour thoroughly and pour over.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 30-40 minutes.
