
Salmon Baked Patties Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3
Ingredients:
- 1 (7 1/2-ounces / 213-mL) can pink salmon
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 mL) mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) breadcrumbs
- Celery salt, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to cook Salmon Baked Patties:
- Rinse and crumble salmon.
- Mix in chopped onion, lemon juice, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, celery salt, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Shape into patties.
- Transfer patties onto a greased oven-sage plate.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Bake in a preheated 450°F (230°C) oven for 15 minutes.
