
Sea Bass (Apahap) and Vegetable Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium size sea bass (apahap) or barramundi, dressed and cut into serving pieces
- 1 tomato
- 2 potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup broth
- 2 stems parsley
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 small onions
- 2 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
How to cook Sea Bass (Apahap) and Vegetable Stew:
- Heat cooking oil, then add flour. Stir and blend well. Pour broth and bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes and tomato. Cover and simmer until potatoes are half cooked.
- Add onion, then the fish. Bring to a boil and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lastly, add the milk and cook until done.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
