Ingredients:
- 2 lobsters lobsters
- 2 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill, minced

- Wash lobsters in cold water.
- Cook in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain crack and remove lobster meat from shell.
- Place the lobster meat in pot and add sour cream.
- Simmer on low heat until sour cream turns pink.
