
Sinigang na Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 whole salmon fish
- 8 cups water
- 1 big ginger (pounded)
- 2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
- 1 pack of Sinigang mix
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked noodles
- 1 cup chopped onion
- Patis (fish sauce) to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Sinigang na Salmon:
- In a covered soup pot over medium high heat, bring water, onion, ginger and tomato to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium, add Sinigang mix, fish sauce, a little salt and pepper, and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add fish and simmer for another few minutes until cooked.
- Turn off heat. Seasonings to taste.
- Add noodles and cover for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve the Sinigang na Salmon hot.
