
Thai Baked Prawns Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3 – 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound spiny-clawed prawns (shrimps)
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons sliced coriander
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to cook:
- Wash prawns (shrimps), remove feelers.
- Lay the prawns (shrimps) next to each other on an oven-proof dish and bake in a 350°F oven until the shells redden.
- Pound the pepper with coriander root well in a mortar.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. When hot, add the coriander root and pepper, when fragrant, stir in the soy sauce and sugar then, pour the mixture over the prawn.
