
Thai Crab Claw Meat Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound crab claw meat
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 8 ounces Mesclun mix*
- 6 ounces fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces Fish Sauce (Nampla – available at Asian markets and some grocery stores)
- 2 Serrano peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sugar
How to cook Thai Crab Claw Meat Salad:
- Combine iceberg lettuce, red leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, and Mesclun mix. Place mixture onto plate.
- Combine lime juice, fish sauce, Serrano pepper, cilantro, red pepper, chopped garlic and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves completely.
- Add crab claw meat into the mix and drain. Place over green salad.
