
Thai Crab Meat Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 ounces canned, fresh, or frozen crab meat
- 3/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander or cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 fresh green chili, seeded and chopped
- White pepper to taste
- Assorted fresh vegetable stick to serve
How to cook Thai Crab Meat Dip:
- In a small saucepan combine cream of coconut, crab meat, and salt.
- Slowly bring to a simmer. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Stir in onions, coriander or cilantro, lemon juice, chili, and white pepper.
- Let stand till cool.
- Serve with fresh vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, celery, green onion, cucumber, and cauliflower or broccoli flowers).
