
Thai Curried Shrimps Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3 – 4
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound prawns (shrimps), shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce (nam pla)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup slivered green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup slivered red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet basil leaves
- 1/4 cup onions, sliced
How to cook:
- Heat a large skillet and add oil, garlic and prawns (shrimps). Saute for 1 minute.
- Add all the other ingredients and cook 2 minutes.
- Serve the sauteed prawns (shrimps) with Jasmine rice or your favorite rice.
