
Thai Curry Fish with Glass Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 fish (use any firm white fish) fillets, about 6 ounces each
- 1/2 pound Chinese glass noodles
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- Fresh coriander, cut
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 ounces grated coconut
How to cook Thai Curry Fish with Glass Noodles:
- Bake or fry the fish fillets 7 minutes on each side in oil.
- Cook the noodles.
- Fry the onion and the pepper during 5 minutes, add the coconut, the cream, the curry and the coriander.
- Put the fish on the noodles and spread the curry coconut mixture over it.
