
Thai Pepper Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Ground white pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon chicken broth powder
- Cooking oil for frying
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
How to cook Thai Pepper Shrimp:
- Sprinkle shrimp with white pepper and chicken broth powder on the shrimp. Heat oil in small pot, fry shrimp in the oil for a few minutes until half cooked. Drain shrimp and set aside.
- Cut the red and green peppers into triangles, same as the onion. Fry in oil until half cooked.
- Mix the shrimp, peppers and onion in a frying pan and add ketchup and Thai sweet chili sauce and stir fry for a few minutes until done.
- Serve the Thai Pepper Shrimp over hot cooked white rice.
