
Thai Shrimp with Garlic Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup straw or fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Thai fish sauce
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- Chinese parsley sprigs to garnish
How to cook Thai Shrimp with Garlic:
- Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and stir-fry until garlic is golden brown.
- Stir in shrimp, coconut milk, mushrooms, black pepper and fish sauce; cook for about 10 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked.
- Line a platter with chopped cabbage and top with shrimp.
- Garnish the Thai Shrimp with Garlic with Chinese parsley and serve hot with steamed rice.
