
Thai Squid Salad (Yum Plaa Muek) Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked squid
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 green chile, seeded and minced
- 1 1/2-inch stalk lemongrass, soft inner part only, minced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro or Italian parsley
How to cook Thai Squid Salad (Yum Plaa Muek):
- Slice the squid thinly into rings.
- To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients except the squid in a bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the dressing over the squid rings.
