
Thanksgiving Hot and Crabby Dip Recipe
Serves/Makes: 8 – 10
Ingredients:
- 1 can (6 ounces) lump crab meat, picked over for shells and cartilage
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced jarred roasted red peppers
- Bagel chips, to serve
How to cook Thanksgiving Hot and Crabby Dip:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Combine the mayonnaise, cheeses, onion, garlic, and red peppers in a bowl; mix well. Gently fold in the crab meat.
- Spread the mixture in a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
