
Thai Cod and Salmon Patties Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound cod fillet
- 1/2 pound salmon fillet
- Bunch of green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Handful green coriander, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Thai Cod and Salmon Patties:
- Put all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor and chop the mixture coarsely.
- Form approximately 20 fish patties and put them in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Fry them in hot oil, about 4 minutes per side.
