
Frittata Gamberi (Omelet with Shrimps) Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound raw shrimps (prawns), peeled
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 lemon, rind and juice
- 3 ounces cheese, grated
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- Handful parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How to cook Frittata Gamberi (Omelet with Shrimps):
- Chop the shrimps coarsely.
- Put all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil and pour in the egg mixture.
- Fry one minute. Put the pan in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 7 minutes.
- Serve the Frittata Gamberi with sunflower seed bread.
